He thoroughly discussed the design and different options with us and created a digital mock up before any work was done. He presented us with a clear and complete contract and setup meetings with all the necessary vendors for asbestos abatement, cabinets, and counter tops. The work was completed on time and on budget despite COVID difficulties and supply issues. Sean was also meticulous in complying with our Condominium associations renovation policies. The sub contractors he hired also all seemed to be competent and reliable. We are very happy with our updated kitchen! “Hired Electric Woods to renovate and fully finish our basement. Reliable and they take the time to understand the products that you want for your finished look so that when they start finishing, they know how it's going to fit in the finished product. Followed every one of my end requests where it was possible and always honest and up-front about whether something was able to be done or not, and if it was going to add a little or a lot of money to the end cost. They knew what they were doing. There was a few things that I didn't think of that they did as well. They even checked back in and came back to complete one tiny thing after spending months trying to figure out a way to cover a clean-out access that was in a corner, after being paid in full. So it's great that they want to ensure all their work they were hired for will be done. Even touched up the heavier half-door access to under the stairs after it started to tilt... awesome work!”

“Our home being 30 years old needed a face lift so we began the Renovation process by first contacting Renovation Find, whom forwarded 3 Contractors and all contacted us and we decided on Electric Woods/ Sean O’Brien. Sean saw our vision of a new Kitchen, railings and windows from there he developed a Design for our approval. With the kitchen design came new cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, sink, flooring(living room & Kitchen), railings ,windows and paint. Once design approved, Sean arranged for meetings with all the venders of the various materials required for the project Cabinets, Counter tops, flooring and back splash , all were extremely helpful, all visits accomplished in 4 hours. Next came in home consultation for railings, windows and electrical.
Sean then through coordination with all vendors developed a schedule of activities with the least disruption to our daily activities, starting with Demo, preparing for installs, installs, flooring and windows. All activities completed over a 1.5 week period. Excellent scheduling considering shortage of some materials(windows , plumbing and electrical materials) and of course Covid 19.
As this being our first major renovation project Sean O’Brien/ team (Electric Woods) made this experience seamless and we would highly recommend Sean O’Brien/ Team and all the vendors and sub contractors who contributed to the highly successful renovation.
