  • Are you Insured?

    We are fully insured with a Commercial Liability policy and are covered by the Worker’s Compensation Board of Alberta

    Licensed with the City of Edmonton

    Hold an A+ accreditation with the Better Business Bureau

    All Subcontractors working for us are required carry commercial liability and WCB coverage

  • Do I need permits?

    If you are doing anything relating to plumbing, electrical, HVAC or the structure of the house, you most likely will need a permit. Some very simple modifications can be done without a permit, but it is always best contact the city Inspections department if you have any questions

    On our jobs we will take care of obtaining all necessary permits and scheduling the inspections.

  • Do you subcontract your work?

    We perform much of the work ourselves, but we do subcontract some work including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and other specialty trades. Our job is not to perform all the work in your house, but to bring you a team of the best tradespeople who will help build the best finished product.

  • Will you work with my architect/designer

    We work with a preferred network of professionals which include architects and designers. Having already built a successful work relationship with our vendors, they are well versed in our company’s commitment to accountability and best practices.

    If a Client has a designer or architect they would prefer to use, we will gladly incorporate them into the project as long as they meet basic criteria regarding industry and operating standards.

  • Do you do small jobs?

    We do some smaller projects, but they don’t take priority in our schedule as we are usually busy with our larger projects. If you have a small project you would like us to look at, give us a call or email and we will let you know what our wait time would be to start. Most small jobs are billed hourly.

  • How much will my renovation cost?

    Every job is different as the price of a renovation is dependent on many different factors such as the size of the space being renovated, the level of finish that is desired, the amount of demolition involved, as well design and engineering services required.

  • How soon can you start?

    We are typically booked out months in advance so contact us early to get a head start on your project.

    Every renovation requires planning, obtaining required permits, sourcing of materials and scheduling of subcontractors before we start on the construction process. Depending on the size of the job this can take weeks to months to finalize.

  • How will you keep my house clean

    Construction is loud and dusty. There is very little we can do about the noise but we use every means available to keep the dust down and out of your finished spaces.

    Through a combination of dust walls, air scrubbers, daily cleaning of construction debris and vacuuming we are able to keep the dust contained in the work area.

  • Why should I hire you?
